General Conditions of Sale (CGV)

Article 1 - Purpose

These general conditions of sale (CGV) govern all commercial relations between the company John & Greg (hereinafter "the Seller") and any natural or legal person (hereinafter "the Buyer") placing an order via the mots-du-temps.com website.

Article 2 - Acceptance of conditions

The Buyer acknowledges having read, at the time of placing the order, these general conditions of sale and expressly declares to accept them without reservation. These general conditions of sale will prevail over all other conditions appearing in any other document, unless prior, express and written waiver.

Article 3 - Products

Article 5 - Orders

Article 6 - Payment terms

Article 7 - Delivery

The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the Buyer when ordering. The Seller undertakes to ship the products within a reasonable time. Delivery times are given as an indication and vary depending on the destination. In the event of late delivery, the Seller cannot be held responsible. Transport risks are borne by the Buyer from the moment the product leaves the Seller's warehouses.

Article 8 - Right of withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, the Buyer has a period of 14 days from receipt of his products to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to give reasons or pay a penalty. To exercise this right, the Buyer must notify his decision to withdraw by email to support@murs-du-temps.com. Products must be returned in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.). Return costs are the responsibility of the Buyer.

Article 9 - Guarantee

All products supplied by the Seller benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects. In the event of non-conformity of a product sold, it may be returned, exchanged or refunded.
